Project
Plans & Records
Full
project and design plans to include budgetary costs, fundamental designs,
working specifications and procedures, design details and all asbuilt completion
records and document handovers.
Licences and Agreements
* All PTO or National Undertakers
licence agreements to be negotiated
* Notices and wayleave permissions
to be negotiated with all Local Authorities or managing agencies
* Warranties and guarantees to be
maintained under service level agreements (SLA's) for all aspects of the
work.
Accredited Installation Supervision
All
contract personnel are primarily trained with all telecommunications Industry
accreditations such as advance OTDR training, PTS and NRSWA. Other typical
accreditations and training for supervisors and managers are as
follows:
Telecommunications / Fibre Optic training, Civil
Engineering Traditional telecommunications training in copper and coax, M &
E Engineering, Multi-Utility, Roads works / diversionary planning,
Telecommunications / Fibre Optic training / Fundamentals of GSM for technical
staff.
Quality
Tests and Measurement
* Accredited inspection and test
for all industry standards to be maintained by qualified personnel. All contract
services to be accredited BS9001/2 or UKAS equivalent
* Full project quality plan
requirements to be satisfied with working specifications and project
procedures
* Full KPI measurements for all
aspects of material, quality, performance, progress statistic process control
results

and Contract Evaluation

& safety compliance. Connectel has the expertise and qualified personnel to
provide any organisation with a full health & safety Management System that
will enable it to comply with all current legislation and requirements within
its field. Our experience within the roles of planning supervisor and principle
contractor for Vodafone and NTL ensure we can demonstrate the effective
management of any project within the responsibilities of the Construction
(Design & Management) Regulations 1994.
